Favorite caliber??
For me personally I love my Weatherby .270 rifle. It's what I hunt with 90% of the time. I have always mostly used a .270 but I got this gun for Christmas of 2009 and haven't put it down since. I recently had it "dipped" in the Game Guard camp pattern and use a Simmons scope with magnifier. It is my baby and it goes on every hunt with me!!! When I get home I will Post a picture. The gun is "dead on" at 100, 200, 300 and everything in between. My longest kill shot was at 247 taking an axis doe. And my very first kill was a blackbuck doe. What is your favorite caliber/rifle/scope combo?? Let's see some pictures too!

I prefer a .30 Caliber. .308 is my rifle of choice for anything over the size of a White Tail Deer or something in the hog family. 30-06 is also good for those animals. For White Tails and below I would have to go with a 5.56/.223 caliber weapon.

My combo of choice is a Stevens model 200 in .308 with a Centerpoint 6X16X50. This combination is extremely accurate and spot on at 200. My longest shot with this combo is at 350 and I got a White Tail buck with it.

Browning BAR Safari w/ BOSS in 7mm Mag has been shooting flawlessley since I bought it.. Brought home a lot of meat & trophies.
Can't think of one instance I was dissapointed in the least.
I also have shot my wifes 257 Weatherby mag... Aint missed a shot big or small within 300 yds...yet.. Unfortunatly hard to get her to give it up very often....well technically it is hers...LOL
