My high school wrestling coach came down to my place in Loma ALta, Tx. for the opening day of deer season. We didn't get any deer but we did get an Aoudad. His first, but not his first taste of their meat. My coworker had brought some sausage that he had made from his two that he got. Coach thought he was in heaven when he took his first bite. He commented that he had to get one of those animals. If for nothing else but so he could have some sausage made from it. Well Sunday morning about 7:30 am he got his wish. Nice shoulder shot at about 100 yds and it was over for the Ram. Way to go Coach.
